- 2

Looking for an Omegle alternative?
Omegle closed in November 2023, and plenty of people still miss its simple idea: meet a random person, talk, move on. OmegleTV keeps that one-click spirit and adds what the old sites lacked — a working Report button, a clean design that works on phones, and an AI coach so you're never left waiting when it's quiet.

Frequently asked questions
What is OmegleTV?
OmegleTV (omegletv.lol) is a free random video chat. Press Start and you're connected one-on-one with a stranger on camera. If you don't click with them, press Next to meet someone else. It runs in your browser, so there's nothing to install.
Is OmegleTV free?
Yes. Video chat is completely free and you don't need to create an account or give an email address.
Do I need to sign up?
No. There's no sign-up and no profile. You just allow your camera and microphone and press Start.
What happens if nobody is online?
If we can't find a person within about ten seconds, one of our AI coaches picks up so you're never left staring at a loading screen. The coaches are clearly labelled as AI, and you can press Next at any time to look for a real person again.
Are video chats recorded?
No. We don't record or store your video calls. Video is streamed live between you and the person you're talking to through our video provider and is encrypted in transit.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. OmegleTV works in mobile browsers like Chrome and Safari on Android and iPhone. Allow camera and microphone access when your browser asks, and you're in.
How do I stay safe?
Never share personal details like your full name, address, school, workplace or social media accounts with strangers. If someone is rude, explicit or makes you uncomfortable, press Report — people who get reported repeatedly are blocked — and then press Next.
Is OmegleTV the same as Omegle?
No. Omegle shut down in November 2023. OmegleTV is an independent video chat site and isn't affiliated with Omegle or its former owners.
